**DANGER NOODLES!**

While running the AnyCubic Kobra Max I found that the part cooling ducts left something to be desired.  Yay the machine has dual 4010 fans, but they exit the shroud too far from the printer nozzle and are not well guided.  In comes my add-on Fan Ducts that guide the air much closer to the nozzle area AND block off areas where the part cooling blowers could suck in hot air! Fits both the AnyCubic Kobra Max and the Vyper line of printers.

**Installation:**_(See photos to help.)_ Remove the stock Fan Shroud from the print head.  Locate the screws that hold on the blower fan retainer pieces & remove (save screws).  Slip new Part Cooling Ducts into the opening of the old ducting (has a clip to "latch on"). Firmly press the Ducts into the shroud along side the Blower Fans until the ducts are flush against the fans. Reinstall original screw through the ducts.  Reinstall the Shroud onto the print head, being careful to not pinch the wiring as there is now less room.  

**AFTER ASSEMBLY:** Be sure to run an "Auto Level" run to ensure that the wiring and new parts are not interfering with the strain sensor and Bed Leveling functions properly.  If you find ANY issue, adjust the wiring inside of the shroud and repeat the process.

The 40mm "Guide" is meant to funnel the Heatsink air more directly to the Heatsink and slightly shield the Blower fans from the heatsink.  I don't know how effective it is, but I included it as I'm using it currently.

There are a couple of parameters you can play with:
_slotHeight_ - The total height of the box, set at the default 42mm.
_slotsHigh_ - A multiple for the slotHeight. This has a minimum of 1/3 (one third) of the slotHeight. Below that the label shelf goes wonky and you start losing area of the footprint.

**NOTE** The final 2 operations are extrusions. Supress/Unsupress these as you like to enable or disable the split and label shelf. They have been named to suit.

Print with 2 or 3 bottom layers. 0.4 - 0.6 nozzle but limit the extrusion width to a max of 0.6. Don't go crazy on the layer height, the overhangs will bite (0.2-0.25 should be fine) Clear material looks great. PETG is pictured.

Thangs seems to cut off the filenames so they are:

Contrary to Zach's instructions, I've been printing all my modules with a 0.8 nozzle, which seems to work just fine. The basket was printed with silver PLA at 75mm speed on an ender 3 pro with 0.8 nozzle and 0.32 layer height without support. The basket is slightly spongy and flexible. Remove any stringing with a heat gun or lighter.

_As requested, I've added a USB only version with 8 slots to the archive. Please note they are angled due to the fact that the bodies of most USB drives are too wide to fit 2 columns/rows in parallel._

_I've added three additional STL files, one with a double height 10x Standard SD card version which is stack-able, a single height 10x Standard SD card version which is not and a half height 16x Micro SD card version which is stack-able. Please note that due to the depth required for the micro SD card and to keep the bin at half height the slots intersect with the screw holes on the bottom of the bin. You will be able to use magnets but not m3 screws._

Smaug - The Hobbit - Lord of the Rings - Fan Art

These bit holders are parametric, a group of 9 bits will be generated for each module deep and wide selected. Values bitSize controls the bit shank (6.25mm or 4mm usually) and slopSize controls the extra 'space' around the holes. I find a value of 0.2 works well here.

If you lower the extrusion of the holes from 10 to 5 they work well for holding MK8 compatible hot end nozzels as well.

You can use the .f3d archive to edit the parameters as you choose. You can also go into the sketch and adjust the spacing directly, or edit the extrusion and choose if you would like the strain relief lines or not. I've uploaded some pictures of my customized ones as an example.

Taking Zack's suggestion from his latest Gridfinity video, I have added a version (see attached Spacers 2.0.f3d) that not only adds a provision for keeping the magnet mounts in the corners but is also fully parametric up to 8x8. Thanks to KptnAutismus on github for the updated templates.


This is a collection of height adapting spacers for the Gridfinity system. You might ask "Why the heck would I ever need this?". The answer is relatively simple, while Gridfinity does an excellent job of maximizing your XY Axis storage space, you may want items at the back to sit at a higher level for accessibility, or maybe you want to stack something on top of two modules in your system but they are of different heights. My spacers will open up the world of the Z axis to your Gridfinity layout.

Sizes available are 1/4 (250), 1/2 (500) and 3/4 (750). Layouts available are:

Try it out today, spacers can go above or before your modules and consist of the outer perimeters of the Storage bin template.

I have been experimenting with a breakaway wingtip to improve on the silhouette of my design to match the real F14 better, while still being print-in-place and articulated. The wingtip breaks of with a satisfying snap and leaves a nice clean edge. I have also adjusted the wing shape and the angle of the tail fins. I have also included a version with a brim

**Gridfinity Tips from Zack Freedman!**





- No brims or support required!
- Use any filament with an 0.6mm or smaller nozzle.
- Wider bins can curl, so maximize your bed adhesion if you're going big!
- All storage blocks are compatible with all baseplates!
- Most storage blocks are stackable!
- You can add 6x2mm magnets to the corners! They won't magnetize the contents.
- You can also use M3 screws in the corners.

Hey There! Another #Gridfinity add-on! These parametric lids can be sized to any configuration you desire. Simply enter the slotsWide and slotsDeep numbers and like magic you have a lid for any basket or bin or whatever.

These should be printed with the top of the lid flat on the bed.

**"WARNING!! Danger To Manifold"** - **So Fast, So Furious**

This 16oz Can Cup design is for those folks who have been wanting a NOS Energy Drink themed design.  Clearly the inspiration was a Nitrous Oxide bottle for a high performance car complete with "mounting straps" and base.  The "Straps" even have a hole through their eyelets that you can install a 3mm Machine Screw into to complete the look.

This design is Ambidextrous but looks better when held Left Handed due to the weird way NOS has their logo on cans. I did not include a No Handle version this time because the Handle works with the Display Base to show it off when not in use. 

**WARNING:** The Pegs in the Display base that align it are delicate and just to line up the prints together.  If they fit tightly they will break, so sand them a little.

Perfect for the Car or NOS fan in your life!

Designed for cans with a 66mm Diamater. Cup measures 152mm tall.

  - Careful to use SLOW print Speeds on the Knob so the small perimeters don't deform.
