A way to use the Giddy and Flex without stressing the stepper too much. This mounts on the stepper and has a 1:3 ratio, so it speeds up the cable rotation.

#### Description
 
Modular print head to mount a Zesty Nimble on the Creality type print heads. This covers a wide range of printers.
The hot end mount is compatible with both the original hotend and the MicroSwiss hotend.

There are two versions of ducting, one for the original fan and one for a 5015 radial fan.

Also included is a mount for the BL Touch and a mount for an induction sensor, like the one mounted on the CR-10Pro.
The offset for the BL-Touch is: X+30.3 Y+2.4
For the induction sensor it is: X+35.2 Y-6.8 

All sensor mounts and ducting is height adjustable. 

Printing:
Only the hotend shroud needs to be printed with support. Make sure you switch off the support generation when printing the ducting.
The exit holes in the ducting have little braces to make the printing easier. Remove these before installing it.
All of these parts can be printed using PLA. The temperatures stay low enough not to bother the PLA. 
 
Additional fasteners:
Over and above the fasteners that come with the Nimble or are re-used from the print head, you will need:
4 x M3 nuts
3 x M3x10
For the 5015 Fan you will need 1 x M3x25
And depending on which shroud you are using, you will need a few M3x30 long.

Complex mount to mount the Nimble extruder and a E3D V6 hot end on the Creality CR-10.

There are various fan mounts, including a mount to use the Berd-Air system. There are two sensor options, a BL Touch and a Ezable. If you need more sensors, drop me a line. 

The mount is attached to the carriage plate using the 2 mount points and a screw that slides into the threaded hole in the plate. The screw needed is an M3x6 and can be tightened through the mount body.

Anyway, you asked, we promised and as promised, delivered. Only caveat here, I have not printed this thing out, so test at your own "risk" 
I have added a fang style cooler and a special V6 clamp and it now also holds the 40x40 fan for the V6 and the ducting to guide it to the heat-sink. I thought it would be better to split the forces between the fang and the clamp.    
To mount, install the Mount, Slide the Fang down into the grooves on the side and tighten the bolts through the Fang lightly. Then mount the V6, Clamp and the Nimble. Adjust the height of the Fang and tighten the 2 bolts. Mount the fan on top and mount the Hot end fan last. There is a little loop to tie-wrap the fan cable to the Clamp. Check the Fang height again and you are done.

Nimble V1 and V6 mount for Creality CR-10

### Introduction
Here is the end result of a lot of hard work by a whole list of people: LeadingLights, DJDemonD, Moriquendi and Huntley. We just put the finishing touches to the design. So for the full description, check out [DJDemonD's page.](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2069480)

This is an effector with an integrated calibration sensor. The effector is designed to use Huntley's magnetic joints. The calibration sensor is a peizoelectric sensor mounting on top of the hot end. It senses when the nozzle touches the print surface and this can be registered and used for calibrating the print bed.

Added a dxf file for an aluminium water jet cut effector plate. One effector plate is for a arms spacing of 64 mm, the other is for 48 mm spacing. 

### Building it
The parts are checked for any flaws and corrected where needed.
To use the parts, print everything with an infill of at least 60%. Make sure the holes for the bolts and for the pins are sized correctly. the screws should pass though the holes freely, the pins should be press fit into the 2 Mount bases and slide in the Clamp. 
Both Mount bases are to be used, even if you do not yet have a Nimble. Glue the two Mount bases together, making sure of alignment. The only reason we split the base is because we wanted a clean pressure surface for the peizo sensor.

Here is a list of all the needed nuts and bolts:
All nuts and bolts are M3 and it is best to use cap screws.

- 3 x 14 mm to fix base to effector
- 3 x 20 mm to mount clamp tight to base
- 2 x 20 mm to close the clamp on the hot end
- 10 nuts M3 (if also mounting the Nimble, otherwise 8 is enough)

Also needed are 3 pins of acetal or PTFE, 4 mm diameter x 16 mm long
You will probably need to widen the holes in the clamp for the pins. This will take a little bit of careful adjustments to get the pins sliding properly but not with too much play. As said before, make sure they fit tightly into the Mount base.

The Magnetic effector 64 mm span is a specific effector for those Delta printers that have the arms at 64 mm distance, ball to ball.  

The Prism parts are the same as the others, only the looks have changed. I wanted to try a new look, just for fun. 

### Using it with the Nimble
If fitting the [Nimble](https://zesty.tech)
The 2 screws mounting the Nimble need to be modified, so they do not touch the peizo sensor when it is installed.
- 1 x 33 mm long, 
this screw needs to be shortened a bit from the standard 35 mm supplied with the Nimble
- 1 x 36 mm long, 
this screw needs to be shortened a bit from a standard 40 mm screw 

The center hole is for the PTFE tube that reaches up to the Nimble so you can print using flexible filaments. Make sure the length is enough to reach above the top of the lock-in adapter bloc. After installing it, slice the PTFE tube flush with the block. Perfect length, life can be so simple.

If you are not using the Nimble (yet) you can enlarge the hole a little to make the bowden tube easier to slide through. But remember to print the Mount bases again if you are going to use the Nimble.

I have added an image to show which holes are used for the mounting of the Nimble.

An Hypercube Evo mount that combines a E3D V6 and the Zesty Nimble into a compact direct drive solution for the HEVO.

It uses the standard blower and duct to cool the printed part, and the standard fan for the V6.

The mount is attached to the X carriage the standard way, with 4 dowel pins and the insert. 
The clamp uses 2x M3x25 screws and nuts to clamp the V6. The Nimble uses the standard supplied screws and the BT Touch bracket uses a M3x12 mm screw and nut to attach to the main mount. 
For the offset of the BL Touch, looking at the nozzle from the front, the BL Touch is 25.6 mm to the left and 18.8 mm back.

Edit: A mount for the standard induction sensor is now available as well.

Edit 2: It seems I needed to make more space for the optical sensors. Thanks Bartolomeus! I have added some space there. That is the only change for V1.1

Edit 3: Added a IR sensor mount for the DC42 differential IR sensor board. It is a bit of a flat block, but should print fine. I added a stiffening rib to make it a little less floppy. 
Also added a plain shape for a DIY sensor mount, so you can design your own. 

The BL Touch mount has a sliding rail system to allow for fine tuning up and down. The bracket CAD file can be used to modify the bracket to fit any other sensor. If you have a specific sensor you want to mount, just let me know in the comments and I will add it. 

Edit 4: Added a main mount that is changed in the following ways: The BL Touch is mounted on the other side, the original position took too much X space. Also, the mount is no longer fixed with pins and inserts, but simple bolts going through and through. Meaning you will need to use a carriage that has space for nuts on the inside. 

Edit 5: Added a mount that has a captive M3 nut in the base, instead of the inserts. For the rest no changes.

HEVO Mount for the Nimble V1 and a V6

This system is designed to mount the Nimble V3 (also known as the Flex) on a cartesian type printer. There are 6 mount plates for various printers available. 

The core unit, the Flex_Mount_Cartesian, holds the Flex, the hot end mount, and the fans you choose to use. This whole assembly is mounted to the mount-plate of your choice with only two screws. So you can easily make different print heads and swap them out with just those two screws.

Included are 4 different hot end mounts. All hot end mounts use the default hot end cooling fan. The hot end mounts are for the standard Creality hot end (or Microswiss version), the E3D V6, the Mosquito, and the Copperhead hot ends. 

There are 3 different mounts for part cooling fans included. The 4010 radial fan, as found on the standard printhead, in left-hand and right-hand versions. And a frame and duct to mount a 5015 radial fan. 

Also included are two BL-Touch mounts, left and right side. 
All the mounts for the fans and the BL-Touch are height adjustable. 

Finally, I also uploaded basic DIY versions of the mount-plate, the hot end mount, and the left-hand and right-hand adjustable plates. You can use these to design your own mounts for fans or a specific hot end.

Double Direct Drive solution for the Hypercube Evo using a Nimble C/C and a Chimera/Cyclops.
Now you can use the Chimera/Cyclops with a direct drive without the usual weight penalties. This makes for a light and smooth working print head on your HEVO.

The Chimera and the Nimble C/C are bolted together clamping the mount. The mount has two supporting plates that hold the Chimera steady. 

Edit: Added Version 2 mount as well. This one has a rails system on the side for the BL Touch mount that I used in the Single mount. The rails system makes it possible to us the BL Touch for the E3D V6 and for the Volcano hot end. Also included are the longer air ducts underneath to compensate for the 9 mm longer hot end. 

Edit 2: Added a new Upper fan shroud to fit with the new Dual Nimble adapter. It is called Upper fan shroud V2

Edit 3: Thanks to work done by Nimble users, we have implemented some changes. Mainly modified the air channels and made it all a little more sturdy or fit better. 

Edit 4: This work has been used in the new Chimera/Cyclops + mount. The difference is 2 mm. The new Chimera/Cyclops + have a filament path that is 2 mm more, center to center. The CC+ models have this extra 2 mm space.

Nimble V1 Direct drive solution for Chimera/Hypercube Evo

There is a 5015 fan mount and a duct that fits both the E3D V6 and the Mosquito. Also included are 3 different sensor mounts for the bed leveling sensor.

Both mounts (for the V6 and for the Mosquito) can be used with the standard hot-end fan or a 40x40 fan, using the relevant part. 
 
Since the introduction of Version 2 of the Nimble and Sidewinder, they share the mounting points. This means that these mounts are suitable for both the Nimble V2 and the Sidewinder V2. 
The Nimble V2 has a drive cable that exits vertically, while in the Sidewinder V2 the drive cable exits horizontally.

The Nimble Mock-up file is a blocky version of the Nimble. The positioning of the screws is correct as is the filament and the Drive cable position. This will be the final shape. Overall it is the smallest it has ever been and I think we have reached the minimal practical shape. It is the Right hand shape. Of course in real life the Nimble is ambidextrous, it can be made to me a right handed or a left handed version. But these mock-up files do not allow for that, so we have added a left handed version as well.

You can eliminate the bowden cable and print any material available. It is so small, 2 easily fit on top of a Chimera or Cyclops.

We have all sorts of adapters available for different hot ends and printers. If the right adapter is not there for you, we will design a new one for you. 

The Nimble adapter is the basic adapter we use to adapt to the various hot ends. We are adding a lot more adapters. Be aware that the Nimble is still being updated and the adapter can still change.

The Mount block for the Nimble is the idealised shape to lock the Nimble in place around the filament. This is the perfect shape but if it is too complex, it can be simplified. Of course the large round base is just an example of how it can be used.

This design is designed for the E3D V6 hot end. The J-Head will probably fit, but is not tested. Overall, the design is checked and the stl files are error free. But it is work in progress. 

For those who cannot wait for the Nimble to test this out, use the other mount base.

Nimble V1 Peizoelectric sensor based effector for E3D V6

Use this mount to convert the CR-10 to a direct drive printer. 
It uses the Nimble Sidewinder and a E3D-V6 hot end to make the CR-10 direct drive so you can print flexible materials and print faster. The Nimble Sidewinder is a very light extruder system with the stepper mounted in the same place as the original. 

There are two clamps to clamp the V6 hot end. One plain and one also contains a fan shroud for a bigger quieter fan. Pick the one you prefer. 

Edit 1: Added files for the Sidewinder V1.1
The only difference between the two Sidewinder versions is, that V1.1 is mirrored. This worked much better in various adapters. 

Edit 2: Oops! When switching over to V1.1 I didn't update the Clamp with the Fan shroud. Because the V6 moved a little closer to the carriage, I had to adjust. I have done so now. So all the files you see here marked V1.1 are the correct files. 

Edit3: And added more clearance so the V6 would fit all the way inside. So use the V1.2 mount.

Edit 4: Added a mount that will allow you to put part cooling fans on the side, or a BL Touch mount. The rails allow the fans to be adjusted in height to get the right cooling.

CR-10 mount for the Nimble Sidewinder V1.1

Here is a collection of parts that allow you to use the Nimble Flex on any Creality type print head, as found on a lot of printers, like the CR-10, the Tevo Tornado, and others.

There are two main mount versions. One with nut traps and one with inserts.  
The Flex needs a post on the side of the breech, these designs have a separate post. This allows the top surface of the mount to be flat.

Included are 4 different hot end mounts. All hot end mounts use the default hot end cooling fan. The hot end mounts are for the standard Creality hot end (or Microswiss version), the E3D V6, the Mosquito, and the Copperhead hot ends. 

There are 3 different part cooling fans included, a 4010 radial fan, as found on the standard printhead, and two units to mount a 5015 radial fan. One for the left-hand side and one for the right-hand side.

Also included is a BL-Touch mount. All the mounts for the fans and the BL Touch are height adjustable. 

Finally, I also uploaded basic versions of the hot end mount and the left-hand and right-hand adjustable plates. You can use these to design your own mounts for fans or a specific hot end.

Here is an updated model for the Hypercube mount. This is used to mount a Nimble and an E3D V6 to the Hypercube, making it a compact little Direct Drive unit. 
It uses the standard ducting to cool the print and has 2 brackets for sensors, the induction and the BL Touch.

Edit: It seems I used a non-standard shaped duct for the print cooling air. I have added the STL's for the duct. Apologies for the original creator of the duct, I cannot find it anymore, otherwise I would have linked to that thing page. If you know who it is, please let me know so I can add it here. 

Edit2: Gave a little more space for the duct. Some users showed me that the duct had to be jammed in there. Now there is a little bit more space. Basic Mount Single V2.1.

Nimble V1 adapter for Hypercube. Updated

An effector for the Diamond nozzle or hot end. 
This is not an easy shape and I expect it will be difficult to print and assemble.

I tried to make the Nimbles face roughly the same way, so you do not have to walk around the printer to open the breeches when changing filaments. 
The whole thing, from the top of the fan to the tip of the nozzle is 115.5 mm tall. It is designed to use Haydns magnetic joints with a ball spacing of 50 mm. I tried to squeeze it into 43 mm but it is a VERY tight package. If a lot of people want it, I will try and make it work. 
Edit: Updated the cooling shroud. Thickened to bottom layer, it was too thin to print via Shapeways. I have also added a Shapeways model, so it can be ordered directly from there. http://shpws.me/OQhm
Edit2: First indications are that for a Delta, this doesn't work. The width is to much and interferes with the arms.

Diamond Nozzle mount for 3 Nimbles V1 with 50 mm ball centers

Modular print head to mount a Nimble V2 or Sidewinder V2 on the Creality type print heads. This covers a wide range of printers. The Standard hot end mount is compatible with both the original hot-end and the MicroSwiss hot-end.
In total, the Standard, MicroSwiss, E3D-V6, and Mosquito hot-ends are supported. For the E3D-V6 you can choose to use the standard fan and duct or use a different shroud and install a 40x40 fan. The Mosquito mount can hold the standard fan or a 40x40 fan. 

Since the introduction of Version 2 of the Nimble and Sidewinder, they share the mounting points. This means that these mounts are suitable for both the Nimble V2 and the Sidewinder V2. 
The Nimble V2 has a drive cable that exits vertically, while in the Sidewinder V2 the drive cable exits horizontally.

EDIT: It seems the adapter is a little too flexible in 1 area allowing Nimble and V6 to flex when pushed hard. We decided to redo the adapter and have a new design. But before we put it up, we want to make sure it is as stiff as it needs to be. 

Small bracket to mount a Nimble (and a V6) onto the OpenBuilds anti backlash nut block. This block is modified to fit onto a MGN-12C slider (added 4 holes). 
One of our customers, a true innovator, requested this and it was kind of tricky to get it right without losing too much print volume or "printability" Now the mount can even be printed in two orientations. 

Simply bolt the mount and nut block to the slider, insert the V6, slide the standard Groove mount adapter over the top of the V6 and mount the Nimble. Really simple mount. 
Added an optional clamp for the V6. If you want added security, or if you want to use the mount without the Nimble, you can use the clamp to fix the V6 into the mount.

Nimble V1 Mount on OpenBuilds anti backlash nutblock

This adapter is specifically to mount the Nimble on the new PCB effector that Escher3D is developing with Think3dPrint3d. It uses a new hot end mount that is developed by E3D.

Simply bolt the adapter to the hot end mount and bolt the Nimble to the adapter.

#### Edit 1: 
Added Version 2 to the models. The method of attaching the Hot end to the PCB effector has changed, so the mounting method of the adapter needs to change. It is now done with 6.6 mm standoffs. The adapter has 3 holes for M2.5 and the PCB has 3 2.9 mm holes.
The adapter fits on top of the hot end and has a 5 mm deep hole in the bottom for the PTFE tube. 
This way you clamp the PTFE tube into the hot end when you bolt the adapter down. 
Alternate model has 3 integrated legs to make it easier to mount. Will be a bit more difficult to print, though.

#### Edit 2:
Added a little pipe holder for use with a Berd-Air like part cooling system.
It is slightly off center to allow the LED in the corner to still shed some light on the printed parts. It uses the Magnetic ball bolts to clamp it to the PCB and has a little rest for the tubing. You can use a tie-wrap to clamp the tubing to the rest.   

#### Edit 3:
The standoff of 6.6 mm was not enough, needed to be 7.6 mm.
So changed the files to reflect this and you now need version V2.1 is you want the integrated legs.

#### Edit 4:
Added version V2.2. The only difference is that the leg closest to the 6 wire black plug is lowered to be below the latch or clip of the plug. Thus making it easier to unlatch and less prone to breaking. For now only the STL as the real fix (turn the plug around) is easy to implement and will be probably changed in future versions of the Smart Effector.

#### Edit 5:
Added version V2.4. I followed DJDemonD's suggestion and added a 12 sided hole in the bottom to lock the hot end mounting nut in place.  Here is DJ's mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2740387
Also added a split version, with Top and Bottom half, so it can be printed and then glued together. You will need to add a little support under one of the bolt holes.
I didn't the Step files for that, as it is too easy to make that yourself.

Firebug alerted me to the fact that E3D now supply a plastic nut that is 17 mm wide across the flats, so I added a new Bottom Part and complete mount, to incorporate that change,

Nimble V1 adapter for Smart Effector

These parts can be used to mount a [Nimble V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-v2) or a [Sidewinder V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-sidewinder-v2) on a CR-10 type print head.

The Nimble or Sidewinder V2 mounts on the standard printhead, no need to change hot end or anything else. Simply unscrew the bowden connector, mount the block and use the screw to tighten it to the hot end. Then mount the Nimble or Sidewinder. We wrote a manual for the installation. You can find it [here](http://zestytechnology.readthedocs.io/en/latest/printers/index.html) That manual is for the Sidewinder V1 but most of the steps are the same for the V2 Family. It will be clear when you mount it.

It replaces the hinged clamp for the V6 with a new shape that holds the Nimble. There is a little centering block that needs to be placed on the hinge, before mounting the Nimble.

The advantage of the Sidewinder compared to the standard Nimble is the fact that the drive cable is horizontal. So if you have limited height due to an enclosure, for instance, the Sidewinder will help. If height is no problem, it is best to use the standard Nimble. 

This mount is for mounting the Sidewinder with the drive shaft coming out to the side, pointing towards the Y stepper. So the drive cable loops horizontally around the left column.

There are two versions of ducting, one for the original fan and one for a 5015 radial fan.

For the induction sensor, it is: X+35.2 Y-4.3

For all printers with a printbed of 22x22cm, you can use the 75 cm drive cable. Anything larger, it is best to use the 95 cm drive cable.

Simple effector for Delta's like the Ultibots D300.
It uses ball and cup joints with a arm spacing of 55 mm. It is intended for a single E3D V6 hot end. And the Nimble of course! It uses the Groove mount adapter that is standard with the Nimble. This ensures that the Nimble is mounted concentric to the hot end. 
Also included are holders for a Berd-Air system. Just simple little eyelets to hold the air pipe.

In regards to the nut used to mount the hot end to the Smart Effector. There are two sizes of nuts used, unfortunately. 19 mm Across the Flats (AF) and 17 AF. Pick the right one. 
Simply bolt the adapter to the hot end mount and bolt the Nimble to the adapter.

#### Part cooling Fan system
There is a Fan Base, this mounts to the smart effector. Depending on which fan you use, the 5015 or the 4020 radial fans, you use that Fan Frame, to mount the fan on the Fan Frame. The relevant duct is attached at the same time.
The Fan Base has slots to allow for duct height adjustment. It has enough adjustment to handle the height difference between a V6 standard hot end and a Volcano.

Straight forward mount for a single Nimble and a V6. The Nimble bolts to the adapter. There are 2 positions, so the Nimble can be used left handed or right handed. The Clamp is used to clamp the V6 and the Nimble mounts on top of the V6 using the Groove mount adapter that comes with every Nimble standard. Really simple and easy to make adapter.
It leaves enough space for sensors and fan mounts.

Edit: The adapter is re-designed and rebuilt. There was an error in the clamp. This has been fixed. All the files have been checked and are OK.
For the clamp, use M3x20 mm bolts.

Edit 2: After some helpful suggestions from printingSome (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:388765) I have edited the main mount to incorporate his suggestions. The new file is uploaded and is called Nimble Mount D-Bot v2.stl
All CAD files have now been updated.

Edit 3: Added a new mount that has the rails to mount a BL Touch sensor. Also added the BL Touch mount.

Adapter for Single Nimble and V6 on a D-Bot

This is a mount to allow you to make the Hevo not only direct drive, but also water cooled. It allows you to mount the Nimble and the Zesty Kryo water cooled hot end to the HEVO printer. 

It has space for a BL Touch mount and the bracket for this is included.

There is space for the 50x50 radial fan, with air ducting to cool your part. Because the water cooling is often used in a heated chamber, I have included a clip for a Berd-Air tube in the main mount.

What did we change? Everything, and nothing. 

Everything in the sense that we improved the design, the gear ratio, the weight, and increased common parts. Nothing in the sense of still the lightest, easiest to use and best remote direct drive extruder around.

The lower gear ratio requires 1/3 fewer steps/mm for the extrusion stepper meaning better suitability for older controllers.

The redesigned breech is easier to operate. And fits in both the Nimble and Sidewinder in the V2 line.
The new Nimble bodies have increased density, increased tensile strength, and nearly 10C increase in heat deflection temperature making it stronger and stiffer and more suited to heated build chambers than ever before. It's also back in black again.

On top of all that the V2 range weighs even less!

These mock-up models can be used to see how well the Nimble V2 family will fit on your printer. You can also use them to design a mount or adapter for your printer. 

Of course, we kept the Nimble ambidextrous. This means you can use the same Nimble both left-handed and right-handed. The Sidewinder V2 is only right-handed. It has the same bolt hole pattern as the right-handed Nimble V2. You can design an adapter for the right-handed Nimble and the Sidewinder will fit. Now that is added flexibility!

Nimble V2 and Sidewinder V2

All the needed parts to mount a Nimble on the E3D Toolchanger.
It consists of a simple little block to mount the Nimble on and a bigger block to mount the stepper and stepper bracket to the top plate of the printer.
In this configuration, a cable of 75 cm is long enough. 

The Nimble_Mount parts are for the Nimble V1. 
The Nimble V2 Mount parts are, you guessed it, for the Nimble family Version 2.

#### Careful
The mount for the stepper should not be used in the standard position. When placing a tool head back in the park position, the drive cable pushes it down a little and makes it difficult to dock and stay in dock.
Mounting the stepper on the side, instead of the back, makes for better docking of the tool heads.

Nimble V1 and Nimble V2 on the E3D Toolchanger

An adapter and reworked E3D V6 mount for on the Ormerod 2 printer.

The adapter holds and centres the Nimble to the hot end and the two parts of the clamp allow for the V6 to be mounted. The rework of the clamps is just to add a bolt hole or a little space for a bolt to stick through the nut. 
The Nimble will overhang at the back, roughly 9 mm. This should be OK and the holes for the tie-wraps are still usable. 

To be able to print easier, I put a thin wall between the nut space and the bolt hole. After printing, simply drill it out with a 3 mm drill. Also, the Filament hole is covered the same way. This is a 4 mm hole and a 2 mm hole. The reason for the keyhole shape, is so that you can insert a thin rod in the smaller section to push down the collet in the V6 to release the PTFE tube, without needing to take it all apart. 

To get the correct PTFE tubing length, install a tube that is a little bit too long, mount the V6 and the adapter. Then slice the PTFE tube off, flush with the top of the adapter. Then mount the Nimble. There will be almost no space between the tube and the base of the Nimble.

Ormerod 2 Adapter to fit a Nimble V1

Simple bracket to mount the Nimble on a dbot and clamping a E3D V6 at the same time.

Edit: The original brackets were simply not good enough. V6 didn't fit, was far too tight. Also you needed non-standard length screws to attach to the carriage plate. Thanks for pointing it out Snaggle, much appreciated!

So now there is a little more space around the V6 and the bolts needed to screw into the carriage plate are M3x25.

DBot bracket for the Nimble V1

If you use water cooling on your printer, here is a small housing to neatly package the radiator and water pump.

The base is made in such a way that it is watertight, so if some water leaks out, it will not come out of the water cabinet. 
The hoses connecting the various parts are a bit too stiff to fit inside this small box, so we have added a few connectors that you can print. The 90 Deg connector goes at the top and has a version that can also hold a temp sensor. If you use a temp sensor, the front panel has a section that you can push out to fit the temp display.

The front panel also has tow barbed nipples on the inside for the water hoses and two 1/8" gas thread holes on the outside so you can screw in any connector you need for the hoses to the hot end. It is tapered 1/8" thread designed in the print. 

There is a small slot at the back to guide the wires out. 
Also included are 4 little feet, best printed in a flexible material. They also hold the base and the lid together with M3x35 mm cap screws.

PanelDue case for the 5 inch version. It has a small box around it, that allows the display to be rotated. It is designed to be mounted in a coreXY with a heated chamber, facing the front. You can then make a cutout in the door it. The case has a finger tab to rotate it out.   

First force the Front part into the Display box. At the top there are two hinge points and you will be able to push the Front into the Display box. It takes a little force. 

The Paneldue is mounted inside the Front panel, 1 screw for the control board, 2 screws for the board initially, to hold it in. If you want to use the reset button, slide it in first! 

The Control lid clicks into the Front panel with two cutouts. Then use two M3 screws to screw it down.

The Back lid then slots in and clicks into the Front housing, with again, two M3 screws that then clamp the PanelDue tightly as well.  

In the Display case there are two little loops to guide the wires to the bottom. 

I have not included screw holes in the Display case as that depends entirely on how you want to mount the whole thing. 

I have included a reset button, slide it in from inside out and glue the top button on. I have not included an Erase button, but there is a tiny hole that guides a paperclip to the switch. 

Just added a second box, this one is closed on all sides, except the front of course. :-)

This is a Quick Release clamp for a E3D V6 hot end to be used on a tevo Black Widow, with an adapter plate for the Zesty Nimble. It allows an easy way to swap hot ends if you are in a hurry.

Nimble V1 Tevo Black Widow Quick Release clamp for E3D V6

A solid adapter to mount the Nimble and a V6 to the OpenBuilds Gantry plate 20 mm.
The adapter is symmetrical, so you can mount the nimble left handed and right handed.
The bottom 2 bolts are used for the adapter but can still be used for the wheels as well, just use a longer bolt. 

The clamp is clamped to the adapter using 2 x M3x25 mm bolts. It clamps the V6 and gives the Nimble a place to bolt onto. 

It has not been tested on a gantry plate yet. Let me know once you use it please?

Adapter to mount the Nimble V1 on a OpenBuilds Gantry plate

These parts can be used to mount a [Nimble Sidewinder](https://zesty.tech/collections/the-nimble/products/sidewinder) on a CR-10 type print head.

The Sidewinder mounts on the standard printhead, no need to change hot end or anything else. Simply unscrew the bowden connector, mount the block and use the screw to tighten it to the hot end. CR-10 mount for Nimble Sidewinder V1.1

A mount to put the Nimble on a Tevo Little Monster using the original effector.

There are two parts to this mount. The Base Mount (printed upside down) and the Position Plate. This last part is glued onto the Base Mount and makes sure the Nimble is positioned perfectly in relation to the Hot End. 

The Base Mount is printed using embedded nuts. Pause the print at Z height of 4.357 or layer number 22 (roughly). Insert the nuts into the 2 hex holes and continue the print.

Mounting instructions.
Insert PTFE tubing in the hot end and slide the mount over the tubing into position. Use 4 M3x25 mm screws to fasten the mount to the effector.

This mount for the Rostock Artemis leaves the hot end free to sense the bed when doing bed calibration tests.

It is a two-part mount, mainly to make it easier to print. The main part is printed upside down and the centering plate is then mounted on top of it, to center the Nimble on the hot end. 

It leaves space for the plugs on the effector and still is stiff enough to hold the Nimble properly.

The mount is developed with one of our customers and has been in use for a little while now.

Mount to put 2 Nimbles V1 on a Chimera

Simple little adapter to bolt on to the Kossel effector. This allows the perfect positioning of the Nimble on top of the Kossel effector.

The opening down the center is 4mm diameter, allowing you to slide the PFTE tubing down and seat it. After mounting the adapter, you can simply slice off the extra PTFE and you are sure you have the right length tubing in there.

Added the same adapter but with a mount pitch diameter of 24.5 mm. This is used in the T3P3 Kossel design and could be used in the Ultibots as well. Might be a tight fit for those, though. But there seems to be a little confusion, so I added the 25 mm pitch diameter mount plate as well.

Simple effector for Delta's like the Ultibots D300.
It uses Haydn's excellent magnetic ball joints and is intended for a single E3D V6 hot end. And the Nimble of course! It uses the Groove mount adapter that is standard with the Nimble. This ensures that the Nimble is mounted concentric to the hot end. 
Also included are holders for a Berd-Air system. Just simple little eyelets to hold the air pipe.

The mount block allows you to bolt 4 Nimbles on a E3D-Kraken hot end. 
This is experimental, mainly because it needs a PTFE tube that curves into the Kraken. This is done to leave the middle available for the water cooling and to still be able to open the Nimble breeches. I have tried a curved PTFE tube on a small test block and had no trouble printing but ymmv. Have not tested it to the fullest extent I normally do. Therefore, WiP.

Corrected an error in positioning the PTFE tubes. Also added a little cut out for the Nimble legs. And added then IGES file.
