The design hangs the ship flat against the wall. It is designed for the ship to point upward. If you want the ship to be oriented another way, please message me with the specifics and I'll see what I can do. This set is not ideal for an ambi-directional mount. IMPORTANT This Mount is KINDA SKETCHY. It works but uses basically just gravity to stay on the wall. The official set's front landing gear is dubiously attached and aside from a slight slope in our favor, it is all that locks the set to the mount. In my testing, It holds well, but if you have a scenario where your house bounces a lot, or maybe there is a vibrating appliance nearby, or people slam doors right next to the wall you hang this on, this mount might not be for you. If that dubious lego connection fails at all, the mount is only hanging by its own gravity. It however does not put weight on the aforesaid lego connection, so it would only fail if it was jostled. It has been on my wall several days in a household of 5 active people and has not fallen. I was attempting to make a mount as low profile as I could, and as such am not super satisfied with the strength of the connection. It wont fall at all, unless something bumps it. I am looking into other designs that will be more secure and will update this soon.

If you print it in white on a white wall, it basically is invisible at a distance. I used one drywall screw only (though the model allows two) and didn't even put it in a stud or use a drywall anchor, and it holds fine, though your mileage may vary.
