This fits the yellow Stanley multi angle vice
using 2 M6 x 6mm button head screws to fasten it on.

You will probably need to clean the paint out of the threads with a M6 bottom/plug tap.

3D MODEL DESCRIPTION
this replaces the plastic tab that latches into the plastic trim of the car holding the cover open.

mine was broken when i purchased the car so i created this to fix it

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
0.1 layer height 0.4 nozzle in pla
use support and orient the parts so the outside of each half is up
this leaves a flat layer to glue together after removing the support material
flip the part as necessary to replace the side that is damaged
remove the rivet from the broken piece using a flat head screwdriver under the washer or drill out with a 4mm (5/32") drill, remove the broken plastic, check the fitment of the new piece,
glue both halves together using superglue making sure the hole lines up, make sure all superglue is cured then push over the metal tab and install a m4 pan head screw into the recessed side and use the original washer and a m4 nut on the back side to secure.

**Requires.**

- 1x m5 x 10 countersunk head bolt.
(optional 2x m4 x 5 cap head bolts or m4 x 4 grub screws to secure the clamp)
and super glue to attach the peg to the base.
- The m16 thread may require some fettling to get it to fit nicely the version 2 is slightly smaller in case you cant file the threads to size after the fit is good enough use a pencil to lubricate the threads.
Print each object separately for the best print quality.

0.12 layer height
0.4mm nozzle
walls set to 50 (creates a solid print)
brim used on all prints to ensure good bed adhesion
no supports needed except for the stand mount that needs to be printed upside down to keep the features.
