A modular tool wall for custom organization.
Parts:
- Rails in 300, 250, 200, 150, 100 mm length and a screw hole diameter of 5,5mm
- Hook – for rags and anything that has a hole for hanging
- Boxes with a inner size of 40x40x30, 40x40x60, 40x40x90, 50x50x40, 60x60x50 mm – For screws, dowels and other small parts
- Blocks with an inner diameter of 8 and 4 mm – for screwdrivers and similar hand tools
- Holder to be printed in pairs – for hammers, clamps and angles
- Nobs in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mm length – for pliers and tape
Instructions:
- Print your parts. Please note the files are all rotated correctly and require no support but therefore need sufficient bridging quality.
- Mount the rails: You can either screw or glue them onto your wall. There are various glue or tape products for wall fixation out there. I used 3M Tape. Leave enough empty space to the left and/or right.
- Slide in the parts from the side.
- You can reconfigure and extend the wall swiftly.

Make sure that your bridging relevant settings are calibrated well for this design. Those include fan speed, print speed, and print temperature among others. There are many guides for good bridging on Youtube. My personal experience is that the best result is achieved with a quite unspent nozzle.
