These racks pack tons of hand tools into a small area, positioned so you can safely see and grab the business ends. These work great for nippers, flush cutters, wire strippers, pliers, scissors, crimpers, nibblers, cutters, and punch-down tools.

*These storage blocks are extra-big and tend to curl! Use a brim and ensure good bed adhesion.* 

**Nipper Holder**: Holds six tools about 80mm from handle to handle. If the tool is spring-loaded, the undercut will keep it from falling out. This can be mounted sideways to store five tools.

**Stripper Holder**: Holds two wire strippers or other long, slim hand tools up to 18mm thicc. I've prepared two sizes - 200mm is your usual multi-hole wire stripper, and 160mm fits many crimpers and termination tools. Both should fit on most printers.

These racks store long, pointy objects at an angle... but angle the business ends away from pokey fingers.

These are all two-part models. Print an Upper and a Lower and glue 'em together.

- The Pick Rack is perfect for slender tools like picks and files.

This 12oz Can Cup design is inspired by a 10mm Shallow socket.  The Handle equipped version is designed to mimic a **10mm** Combination wrench with open and Box ends (that actually measure 10mm).  The cup body features a hex design in the can opening, a square "Drive" hole in the bottom for can removal, and a #10 inset into the side.

These holders securely store CNC tools, drill bits, and other things with 1/8", 1/4", and 3mm shanks.

The 1/8" and 1/4" Bulk versions hold up to 77 and 21 bits, respectively. These point the bits straight up, so you can't stack on top! Be careful not to hurt yourself!

The Tube version holds 12 bits in their protective packages. You can stack other blocks on top of this.

The Jewel Insert version holds four detachable sleeves from snap-together jewel case packaging. These usually hold 10 bits. You can stack other blocks on top of this.

Gridfinity CNC Tool Holders

This is one of my 12oz Can "Cup" designs.  Intended to be a fun and "stylish" way to enjoy your 12oz canned beverages.  Simple slide your can into the coozie, and enjoy.

Design is meant to mimic that of an old wood barrel. Complete with a cork in the side. Fits standard 66mm 12oz cans.  Also features holes to allow air to escape on insertion, as well as a bottom hole to help push the empty can out.

- **UPDATES (05/30/2021):**
  - Modified design to have the proper bottom hole design to be used with the new "Can Cup Ejector" tool for can removal.

Move over boat, there is a new benchmark in town.

This robot is not only a fun print-in-place figure but it is also a very useful calibration tool.

The robot is designed with 17 functional joints with different orientations, couplings, and tolerances. The tolerances range from 0.2 - 0.5mm and allow you to test the minimum clearances your printer can produce and still achieve print-in-place movement.

Each limb is labeled with the tolerances of their joints and all other joints have a 0.3mm tolerance. It might take a little (just a little) bit of force to break them free any more and you risk breaking the robot.

It only uses 20g of filament and is small enough to fit on a Prusa mini or even a Voron V0.

To add to the #MakerMadness theme I have added some accessory, because what says "spring" more than a robot wearing sunglasses and holding a flower 😁.

The point of the Benchmark Bot is to find the best parameters to make it function, therefore it is difficult to recommend any settings.

That being said, I used the following parameters:
0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, PLA, 3 walls, 4 top/bottom layers, 10% infill.

This download includes the test print .stl and all the G-Code files for using the Filament Friday E-Leveler tool with any Ender 3 size printer. 
It moves to each corner and gives you 20 seconds to use the E-Leveler to adjust the bed. Then it automatically moves to the next corner.
 1. Run the chep_eleveler_g4.gcode file and it will position to the front left corner.
2. Adjust the bed knob until the LED just begins to turn on.
3. The G-Code will automatically move to the next position (left rear) and wait for you to adjust the bed with the E-Leveler.
4. Complete all 4 corners and then the G-Code file will return the nozzle to home position.
5. Run the Squares (chep_bed_level_test.gcode) G-Code file to verify the bed is level.

A Gridfinity adapter is nothing more than the bottom mating portion with a flat top surface. This enables you to fasten whatever you want to a Gridfinity system without needing to 3d model anything specific. 

For example, if you already have a great case for your tool, just glue the tool case to an appropriately sized adapter and bam, now it's a Gridfinity case.

Also included in the download is the Fusion360 .f3d file.

It takes about 4 hands to properly solder: two hands to hold each of the wires, one for feeding the solder and the final for holding the iron. The solder helper allows a mere two-handed mortal to solder effortlessly. 

The tool itself is simple. Two spring loaded clamps hold the wires near each other and a knob when spun dispenses solder right at the joint. Unlike flexible arms soldering stations, which need to be sat on flat surfaces, the solder helper is handheld and can be used on the go. 

The solder dispensing mechanism relies on a drive gear that is commonly used in 3D printer extruders. An adjustable smooth idler pushes the solder against the drive gear. The tension of the smooth idler can be increased or decreased through tightening or loosening an M5 bolt, respectively. This ability to change the tension of the idler allows for solder as small as 0.5mm to as large as 3mm to be dispensed. Solder is stored in the handle or pulled right off a spool depending on how mobile you need to be. 

Soldering large diameter wires requires a lot of heat, which can cause the clamps to soften if the insulation gets too hot. For this reason, the following heat resistant filaments are recommended:
