Something different for the Christmas tree.

Not for commercial use. Please see license agreement.

I've tried slicing this a few ways and found that slicing it down the middle vertically resulted in the nicest print and glued together with an almost invisible seam. I've provided my 3MF file (for PrusaSlicer).

I tried using PrusaSlicer to add dowels to assemble the pieces, but they had to be tiny to fit inside the ornament and in the end I wound up gluing the ornament together without them. So, I re-sliced the ornament without the dowels.

I've provided the STLs for the two piece ornament which I found printed the best, but I've also included the original 1 piece STL. Have fun printing it either way or slicing it however you like.

Printing with 2 perimeter walls provides a nice balance of weight and sturdiness.

No infill is needed.

Supports are needed. I used PrusaSlicer Grid supports. Organic (tree) supports use less material, but would have taken an extra hour to print.
