Vertex: Your Spark of Light

Vertex is a small and versatile LED table lamp, capable of adding a touch of design and ambiance to any setting.

Thank you for choosing my Vertex - Led Lamp model. This design is engineered for printing with the following materials for printing and assembly: transparent or translucent PET-G - Black PET-G for the lamp's interior - 5V 1A Cob Led Strip - Tested with Dimmable Touch button USB power cord - Superglue Gel - Heat shrink tubing - Soldering iron.

How to print and assemble: For the lampshade, use a colored or transparent translucent PET-G, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers, enable thin wall detection, 2 wall loops, 0% infill, enable normal supports, from the build plate only, 40° overhang threshold, remove protrusions. For the internal core and the top cover, use the same settings described above, disable supports. Do not use a brim in either case. To improve bed adhesion, use hairspray and level the bed properly. For assembly, thread the power cable through the hole at the base of the internal core, insert a piece of heat shrink tubing onto the end of the cable, solder the led strip to the cable, pull the cable back through the core hole and fix it using the adhesive side of the led strip, spiraling up, the led strip along the length of the core. Fix the two ends of the strip with a drop of superglue. Apply some superglue around the base of the core and insert it into the lamp, ensuring the notch at the base of the lamp aligns with the power cord. Apply some superglue on the outer wall of the top cover and secure it on top of the lamp in its housing.
