Gridfinity plates of 7x12 will fit very well width wise in ALEX drawers, but don't fit on an Ender3, or smaller build plates. I split the frame into six pieces, with an additional spacer, needed to prevent the frame from sliding forward and backwards.

These files interlock somewhat with small lips on each "tooth." Print two of each corner piece and of the mid portion, they are reversible!

I'm excited to present you with my Earth Desk Lamp. This unique piece is sure to add a celestial glow to your workspace.

Here's what you'll need to assemble this lamp: a lamp socket and a bulb. I personally prefer a multicolored LED bulb, but the choice is yours. Please note, however, that the components are compatible only with a specific Lamp Socket available on eBay.

On to the print settings:
For this project, you only need to print the files which are numerically labelled.

Earth: Opt for a 0.4 mm nozzle. Alternatively, set your print to a line height of 0.2 mm and a width of 0.4 mm. Be aware that the domes can be challenging to print. I recommend reducing the print speed to 50% when you reach layer 670. Use 100% infill with concentric infill, or adjust your wall count to a high figure, such as 40. For material, any basic white PLA should suffice. I've found that Sunlu White PLA+ gives great results. Please steer clear of matte or glitter materials as they won't produce the desired effect. The good news is, you won't need any supports!

Holder: Unlike the Earth part, you'll need to print the holder with supports.

Print Settings:
You only need to print the numbered files.

Domes are quite hard to print. I always slow down the layers at the top to 50% print speed (at layer 670).
Use 100% infill with concentric infill, or set your wall count to something ridiculous like 40.
Any Basic white PLA will do the job just fine. I used Sunlu White PLA+ if that helps. Don't try Matte or glitter stuff, it will not work.
No supports!

To have string lights in the base, be sure to use “Base Hollow.”

These columns of “geode crystals” can be used as light covers or vases. They are designed to be printed in “vase” or “spiralized” mode.

There are two sets of columns. “Large” diameter columns are approximately 80mm diameter, “small” diameter columns are approximately 70mm diameter. Each set has height options of “short,” “medium,” and “tall.” For each. Optional “Base” and “Cap” files are included. The “Base” model has a hole for wiring.

This "Spring Bulb" is part of a series of nine bulb-shaped LED covers that use mathematical surfaces, lattices, and honeycombs to create interesting shapes and shadows. This “Spring Bulb 9” design is derived from the Hex Honeycomb (conformal to face).

The portion of the “Threads” object that fits inside the “Spring Bulb” is designed to accept a G4 socket with a 12VDC Feit Electric LED Desk Light Bulb. The inner diameter of the socket seat is 18mm, so it will easily accept a range of low temperature LED lights. 
The outer threads of the bulb will fit into a standard E-26 light bulb base. If you do choose display or use this bulb in a standard socket, be sure that the 120VAC power has been disconnected!

Total height 16cm.
Dimensions of the place to put the socket in are: 7,5cm high, 5cm radius.
The parts are orientated as the should be printed.
There is a hole that i covered with one layer where the wire comes in the stem, i did this so it can be printed without supports and the one layer is easy to remove.
The hat and dots need support.

Print Settings:
To create this, you only need to print the numbered files. The additional files are included in case you require separate prints. When printing the Moon model, use a 0.4 mm nozzle or set a line height of 0.2 mm and a width of 0.4 mm. The domes can be challenging to print, but I recommend slowing down the layers at the top to 50% print speed (around layer 670). Achieve optimal strength by using 100% infill with concentric infill, or you can set your wall count to a higher value, such as 40. Basic white PLA works perfectly; I used Sunlu White PLA+ for my model. Avoid matte or glitter filaments as they may not produce the desired effect. No supports are required for printing.

For the legs and plate, no supports are needed. For a visually appealing result, try positioning the seam on the inside of the legs. Feel free to choose any color that suits your taste.

**Filament**:
These models are designed to be printed without support material, and therefore, filament that can bridge (i.e., print unsupported features) is a must. For this reason, a PLA-based filament is ideal. However, PLA exhibits very low heat resistance – softening at 60C. Tungsten bulbs, especially Edison bulbs, can reach temperatures more than 70C. Heat treatable PLA has similar bridging properties as normal PLA, but once annealed (heated to around 225F for an hour or so) it will achieve improved thermal properties. Therefore, [heat treatable PLA](https://www.matterhackers.com/store/c/proto-pasta/proto-pasta-htpla-series?aff=7480) is always recommended for printing these lamp shades. It is also best practice to only use these shades with insulating plastic sockets (versus metal ones that will heat up).

Spring Bulb 2

Want a mid-century look to your home? Look no further! This retro inspired table lamp will make your pad feel nice and groovy! Would look great with a shag carpet!

This lamp is printed in 2 parts and without supports. The lamp shade is made to be printed with 2 perimeters/shells with a .4mm nozzle. The base can be printed upside down without supports.

You simply put the light socket through the hole in the base and screw on the socket holder. Then you screw a light bulb in and then put the shade over the top.

Be sure to use low-temperature LEDs and pay close attention on first usage to ensure that any heat is not affecting the plastic. If heat is a concern, I recommend the “Skull Bulb Voronoi” design as it allows for more air circulation.

The outer threads of the bulb will fit into a standard E-26 light bulb base. If you do choose display or use this bulb in a standard socket, be sure that the 120VAC power has been disconnected!

Skull Bulb (Solid)

This large swag lamp style contains 126 gems. It is meant to be used with a 4" LED Pillar Votive Candle on a tabletop. LED Candles only. DO NOT USE around heat or real candles.

Frame should be printed 20% infill and with 9mm brims.  The amount of pressure that printing puts on these base connections is alot for them not to have brim support.

You may have to adjust your retraction settings based on your printing set-up. This print contains a lot of retractions.

The gems should be printed in resin for best results.

To assemble: Glue resin gems in frame with medium gap-filling superglue. Recommend glueing gems in top and bottom rows first to help with strength. At this scale, depending on your material the frame without gems can be slightly delicate.

This "Spring Bulb" is part of a series of nine bulb-shaped LED covers that use mathematical surfaces, lattices, and honeycombs to create interesting shapes and shadows. This “Spring Bulb 7” design is derived from the SplitP TPMS (Volume fill). There is a version with built-in supports on some of the trickier overhangs near the top of the bulb.

The 2nd installation of my crystal lamp series. I used 3 led light strips to create multiple color combinations.  Print the top part with no infill and no bottom layers.
