While NVIDIA GeForce RTX Founders Edition GPU's are generally super solid, they are quite hefty and may start bending the PC case they're mounted to over time. Out of an absolute abundance of caution I've designed this EZPZ Anti-Sag Column... they are stinking expensive after all! It perfectly supports my RTX 4090 Founders Edition GPU(*affiliate link) along the edge, but should also work with any 40-Series NVIDIA card and some other GPUs, albeit maybe with a less perfect fit. I've also added a 'generic' version with a simple flat top that should work with most other GPU's. Height adjusts from 51mm to 79mm from bottom surface to the supporting edge.

Printing Guidelines

Make sure to print with a filament capable of handling the warm temperatures inside of your PC case! I went with Bambu Lab PETG-CF.

Exact settings may depend on material, I used 4 shells and 20% infill. 0.12mm layer height suggested since the threads are rather fine to ensure they don't loosen over time. For larger layer heights or less tuned printers you may want to use the 'less tight' version of the top STL.

To install, adjust the height to just fit under the card then turn the base clockwise to lift into place until the card is level and supported. Make sure your PC is unplugged while installing.

Photographed models were printed on the Bambu Lab X1-Carbon 3D Printer using Bambu Lab PETG-CF filament.* *These affiliate links give me a commission on sales at no additional cost to you. Thanks for supporting Make Anything!
