A keyring attached between the medallion and chain works well for a tangle and drop free experience but not required.

These do not require supports to 3D Print and use 10% gyroid infill. These pictures were printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. Use a 0.2 mm for added resolution and smoothness. They don't have adaptive layer height set to speed up printing but it could be added if wanted.
