bltouch cover right reverse mount

remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4634422 the screws did not work for me so I added a "finger" at the top so it just slides on also did it in a mirror version for a right side vs left side mount. For the Elegoo Neptune 2 and dual fan duct I use (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4949488/files).
