**Details**

These calipers cost less than $7 USD on Amazon. They are accurate, precise, feature auto on-off, and are very lightweight. I find myself using them more often than I thought I would, and I have a pair of Mitutoyos on my desk.

The fitment of the calipers in the holder is very good, not too tight, not too loose. They don't wobble when standing in the holder. The batteries also have excellent fit.

The magnet holes are left intentionally slightly loose to make gluing easier for the [6x2mm magnets](https://amzn.to/4a9iXs9) and [CA glue](https://amzn.to/3IJ5meE).
