The flap of your Denon AVR hangs wrong because the right hinge has thought "HAHA I'll break now"? You don't get a replacement hinge because it has been sold out for many years? Then you are lucky here. That is exactly what happened to my Denon. I didn't want to permanently look at the crooked mouth of my amplifier and quickly took my measuring slide, measured the part and created a 3D model. After a few tests and adjustments, I then had a precisely fitting hinge, which even eliminated the weak point of the original. Since I know that I am not the only one who has this "hinge problem", I have decided to upload it.
