Easy Up Repair Bracket, 22.5 x 10.15 pole

Wind too strong? Snap a pole or two on your pop-up canopy? If you want to try repairing it give this bracket a try. It is designed for a square pole dimension of ~10.15 x 22.5. You should be able to scale it to match, but PM me if you have a different pole dimensions, and I'll upload another version

Part is intended to be printed with 5 or 6 walls at 0.4mm. I would recommend PLA+ as you want something stiff to attach to the metal poles.

What you'll need: Epoxy, I used JB Weld. A socket set to tighten the bolt on the bracket side. A second wrench, any style, for the other side.

Instructions for installation:

1. Print
2. Remove Bolt and set aside.
3. Apply epoxy to the inside of the bracket.
4. Attach to the pole with zip ties. Bracket should sit on the outside of the joint.
5. Adjust the canopy to minimize the gap in the snapped ends.
6. Let the epoxy cure.
7. Reattach bolt.
8. Fixed!
