K40 Laser Adapter for MGN12 Linear Rail

My laser had a warped carriage that caused it ride wavy down the rail. It was enough to show up in the prints so I purchased this MGN12 (400mm/15.75") Linear Rail and designed an adapter to hold the mirror/lens. Now it slides perfectly along the X-Axis.

I set the rail on top of the existing rail, drilled a couple of holes, and through-bolted it with nuts.
