My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

This is a print in place on fabric Candy cane gift card or cash holder (additional models will be added to this file). Included is a guide on how to create a custom text block with Tinkercad can be used to create a custom "To and "From".

There is a 3mf option with all of my settings, including a pre-painted version to make it easy. I print at 35mm/s first layer speed, with a .24mm layer height. This is 3 layers for a total of .72mm. The pause command is placed at the beginning of layer 2, where the fabric and magnets are placed before the print is resumed.

There are two types of clips, one that is flat and the other that has a hole included to hang it from a Christmas tree. These do not need supports.

You can also download the STL version and create your own settings.

I used a magnetic Inception PFLAT sheet to give it the holographic effect - www.kaizen3dprints.com

I used an illusion mesh from www.dfwfabricmart.com or the fabric sample pack from www.kaizen3dprints.com
