COMMERCIAL LICENSE - With an active subscription to the FIFTY3D Thangs "Select Starter - Authorized Seller" tier, you are granted a commercial license to legally sell physical 3D prints created from the designs available in the FIFTY3D collection. With this tier, you will be able to download and sell one additional model per month. This license allows you to sell these prints on any platform of your choice.

RESTRICTIONS Digital Files: The digital files are NOT for resale or distribution under any circumstances.

Subscription Status: The commercial license is exclusively available to active subscribers. If your subscription is canceled or expires, your commercial license will automatically terminate at the same time. You are not permitted to sell FIFTY3D products without an active, paid subscription.

Subscription Tier Changes and License Impacts: If you downgrade your subscription tier, you will forfeit the commercial license to any models downloaded while subscribed to the higher tier. If you upgrade your subscription tier, you maintain the commercial license to models downloaded at the lower tiers.

Modifications: Active subscribers may modify designs from the FIFTY3D catalog by adding custom text, logos, etc. However, any modified product still requires an active commercial license to sell the physical prints. Digital files created from modified FIFTY3D designs are also NOT for resale or distribution.

Any individual or entity found to be in violation of these terms will be held legally accountable.
