Voron 0 Front Left Skirt With SH1106 1.3" OLED

A simple modification to the Voron 0 front left skirt to include a 1.3" OLED SH1106 display that connects directly to the Mini SKR.

These are the config settings for Klipper:

[display] lcd_type: sh1106 i2c_bus: i2c1a ## MINI-SKR:EXP1 5v(1), 0v(2), PB8(4):SCL, PB9(5):SDA i2c_mcu = mcu contrast = 100 vcomh: 16 x_offset: 2 invert: False

Wiring summary is also in the comment above, you may need to adjust the vcomh to remove vertical streaming which is a common problem on this display.
