Print every piece with 100% infill (don't worry, the parts are thin so you won't waste filament, it's to provide greater strength to the final product), use a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers, rafts are not needed, use supports only for parts with vertical holes. Use a maximum of 5V 1A COB type LEDs! I recommend it, we don't want the lamp to melt :) Attach the LED strips to the LED MOUNT with strong glue, my suggestion is to use 3 pieces of LED strip appropriately soldered together; then glue the LED mount in the lampshade cover. Glue all the parts that have joints to assemble between them. To attach the brackets between the base and the lampshade, use 4 #4-40x3/16" screws, self-tapping ones are not needed. To power the lamp, I recommend USB cables with a touch dimmer button and a 5V 1A USB plug. I hope you enjoy this project as much as I enjoyed doing it.
