Using a laser tool during daylight can be a challenge to say the least the little red dot just disappears when in the sun and at a range much more than a small (4m) tape can handle. Because one of my weekend jobs is home energy auditing we regularly measure 10-30m in full sun and this often requires one of use to stand at one corner of the house with a clipboard (target) while the other does their best not to blind them while trying to find the clipboard with the tiny red dot to get the measurement. I often try to sight down the side of the tool, this inspired this simple set of adjustable sites that works quite well.
This designed around the Bosch tool to use the tripod mount to hold it in place.
The front site and hole it fits in are both 10mm so you may need to scale the front site to fit snugly but still be adjustable.
PETG probably wont melt in most work or transport environments.
