Hextraction Wave Tile (PLA Bearingless Sozu)

The holy grail automatic double dispenser.

Hardware is an M3x12 screw with two M3 washers in between the base and flipper. Printed in PLA at 10% infill cubic. This should work right off the print bed. If it doesn't, here are a few sanity checks.

• If you have stringing on the internal walls or bumps in the floor of the base, sand them down.
• If the flipper is wobbly or barely spinning, tweak your screw depth and check your flipper height offset. My M3 washers are .5mm tall, giving the flipper a 1mm offset. You may have to add or remove some to achieve a smooth rotation based on your hardware.
• Does the tile play differently from one day to the next? Make sure your board is level.
