MORE POWERFUL TOWERS!
These parts are my version of the Idler / Tensioner components on a Mercury One.1 build. Used in the conversion of a Creality Ender 5 Pro / Plus 3D printer into a Core-XY BEAST! Check out the full project (and most of the required files) from the Zero-G Team: https://docs.zerog.one/
This is JUST the Idler / Tensioner Towers and the Tensioner Plates. The rest of the files to build a Zero-G Mercury 1.1 are only available from the official repository.
My design is a bit beefier than the original design and stylized to my tastes. These use the exact same hardware as the original Zero-G files and the same assembly method. The only difference is that the “Tensioner Plates” are only designed to be used if you Tap into the end of the Frame Extrusion with a M5 Tap.
NOTE: These parts were designed with a .2mm Layer Height throughout. The rest of the Mercury One files from Zero-G are intended for .25mm base Layer & .2mm Layer Height there-after.

Recommended Print Settings:
- .2 Layer Height On All Layers
- 4+ Perimeters
- 40% Infill
- No Supports Required
- ASA/ABS Filament recommeneded.
