Suggested settings

0.1-0.15mm layer height, 3 outlines/perimeter shells, 7 top/bottom layers, 10% rectangular infill

My PLA printed Scritchers have survived lots of scritches unfazed so far! If you experiment with other materials, please share your results. I would expect ABS or ASA to do well, maybe with higher infill to maintain some ridigity.
