This is a "Small" VHB Tape Mount that is best suited for Multiboard Tiles that are smaller than a 6x6. They stick with VHB Tape and create an 8 mm offset from the surface.

If your Tiles are a 6x6 or bigger, then use the Medium VHB Tape Mounts.

This is a vertical mount that is placed on the left and right edges of your board.

This is a “Double-Sided Part A” piece, so it can be secured into place using Dual Snaps (DS Part B). It can also be secured using 10 mm Mid Thread Bolts.

Printing Guidelines:

Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and not supports. Apart from that, use your printers default settings.

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.
