BIQU B1 Hot-end PTFE 35.5mm CUTTER

A 4.00mm PTFE cutter designed in FreeCad for my BiquB1. Because every printer usually has different lengths inside the hotend. I had to design it for 35.5mm, to use it with the hotend fix made for the Biqu B1 by Design8Studio. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:483792)
