Tickler SA-6 — Fully 3D-printable semi-automatic airsoft pistol - Did a filament swap before layer 75 and after 80. Turned out nice! Remember gcode starts at 0 not 1 so I put the M600 command before 74 and after 79 respectively. Can't wait to finish this and get it functional! - 3d model

Tickler SA-6 — Fully 3D-printable semi-automatic airsoft pistol - Turned out pretty ok! I had to print most of the smaller parts on a raft to get them to stick, resulting in some ugly faces, but you can't really tell unless you're looking super close. The clip release button/lock broke after 1 use and it's holding better with super glue lol. The housing rear nut sheared itself apart while screwing it in so I'm reprinting it with 50%infill. The housing I think got warped because I took the left one off the bed while it was still hot. So I might do another make with a new color scheme. Maybe red highlights so I don't get shot if I ever take it out in public 😭

Haven't tried loading it yet but it's on my to do list. The trigger and clip move smoothly enough on their rubber bands. I think it will work well enough. Although the trigger had some trouble seizing up at first until I grinded out some imperceptible support gunk. Overall a good model. Thanks! - 3d model

Tickler SA-6 — Fully 3D-printable semi-automatic airsoft pistol - This was a pretty fun project to put together. Sadly I do not have any airsoft bbs to test it, but thankfully Amazon exists :) So I'm looking forward to trying it out very soon! - 3d model

Tickler SA-6 — Fully 3D-printable semi-automatic airsoft pistol - These are great! I printed one all PLA and the other with a support interface material. The support interface is totally worth the extra print time - cleanup is faster and the parts have a much better mechanical fit.

As toy guns, they pack just the right amount of punch - someone can feel the ping of the bb's but they're not moving fast enough to hurt. - 3d model
Tickler SA-6 — Fully 3D-printable semi-automatic airsoft pistol - Gun doesn't shoot for some reason, only poops the bullets out. Any explanation on why this happens and/or how to fix? Thanks! - 3d model

Check out the Extended Accessories pack for this pistol!

This cool looking semi-automatic pistol has a large magazine that holds up to 17 BBs!

Assembling this requires no glue or bolts or nuts! Apart from the printed parts, you'll only need two rubber bands (10-30mm diameter)!

See it in action here: https://youtube.com/shorts/2FCBjJJqB3w

Includes a complimentary Pistol Bullet Weapon Charm! The weapon charm chain has an end clip that is compatible with all my Ringchaku designs, so you can attach any Ringchaku end to it! Although most of them are probably too big... But stay tuned for more weapon charms in the future!

Printing tips: All the parts are oriented in the correct printing orientation.

Use supports for Housing Left, Housing Right, Magazine Body, Trigger and Magazine Release. All others are up to how your printer can handle small bridges and overhangs.

If you use Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer, a couple of handy print project files with painted parts and good support settings are included as well!

Assembly: Watch the included assembly video!

There's been a rumor of a charming little mystery... You should check it out, maybe there's something in it for you? I've marked it on your map.
