Revision/expansion of my original hurricane fender design. This iteration utilizes a two piece design to hopefully mitigate cracking caused by excessive flexing, as well as including fenders with mounting points for both S-lock(shredlights), and picatinny attachments (picatinny rail modeled from drawing dimensions. I cannot personally test correct fitment as I don't own any pic stuff). Glue your chosen fender design to its respective backing plate, and slot on the alignment clip to keep the pieces aligned while the glue sets. Use clamps at your discretion. Slot the assembly onto your boards hangar, and use a fender washer to hold the fender against the end of the hangar BEFORE replacing your wheel washer. At this point, tighten a hose clamp onto the hex bore inside of the fender to reduce forward/backward slop. If using the picatinny fender, glue and slot the rail onto its dovetail joint.(Once more, I haven't personally tested picatinny fitment) These were mainly tested with BKB 6inch AT wheels, however I believe these will also work with Meepo Cyclones.
