Remixed from this model on Printables. https://www.printables.com/model/415434-sovol-sv06-fan_duct-5015-double Original write up: To attach the two 5015 fans you need 4x M4x20 pan head screws, to assemble both parts you need 2x M3x12 cylinder head screws, the corresponding nuts are mounted in the clearances in the fan duct base, see (Figure 8).
You can only use countersunk screws M3x23 (image 6) to mount the fan duct base on the printer, these are not available as standard, you have to shorten them from longer screws, the maximum length is 24mm, you will also damage the circuit board on the print head during assembly!!! !!!
Therefore I assume no liability! What you do, you do at your own risk!!!
I also say this about the screws.
Remixed to work with the SV06 Plus, used the same head.
removed some thickness to get the full X axis back.
Tested and works great. Be mindful of the screw length.
I did not have M3 x 23 mm screws nor countersunk ones. I had cap heads M3x25mm I think the Plus has more room for the screws in this area. I had to heat up the screw head to get it sunk enough to go past the gantry on the X end stops. See pics, sorry they are not the best pics.
