I've written up some details on the design and assembly instructions here.</a>
A pulley assembly I made for raising and lowering the lids on my resin printers, but turned into sort of a general purpose pulley for me :)
The "single" housing has one mount point per housing, and the "dual" has two per and is also a bit sturdier in general with thicker feet also. The version shown in the video is the single, and it hasn't crashed down yet, but it does have a little bit of visible flex if the lid gets a bit stuck.
The bearing races are integrated into the printed parts in the form of V-grooves, and the preload of the bearing is provided by diaphragm flexures built into the housings.
