Description

An artwork depicting the flight of a bird. The frame thickness and number of string layers increase from left to right as the bird flies.

Print at 0.24mm layer height and if using Bambu Studio set your wall generator to Arachne.

I have include a two part print with strings and frame as well as the complete design. I have also attached a 3mf.

It should scale down ok but any scaling in the z axis needs to be reflected in the layer height.

Didn't fit my MK3+'s bed size nor system preset layer heights, but by scaling by 83.333% it fits and the layer height becomes 0.2mm.
Too large for Prusa bed, but scaling by 83.33333% worked great. That also made the layer height more compatible at 0.2mm. I think my filament is a little too cheap and a few strings broke, and on some there are tiny segments with under-extrusion.

I'm trying to make strings one color, and frame and birds another with bambu slicer. I'm having trouble with "painting" the strings, any suggestions will be appreciated. Jean

Set base color as the color you want strings and color everything else.
