Rules Card Text: Trigger: If possible, rotate an adjacent tile one notch in direction of the mechanism's spin

e.g., If the spinner turns clockwise, rotate an adjacent tile clockwise one notch. If a ball gets stuck in the upper of the spinner, the spinner doesn't move. No effect.

Assembly Instructions: The hardware used is a M3x10mm screw. Use washers to reduce friction if needed.
