Description

A creative and unique way to package a nice wine bottle. Add this to your present to turn a common gift into an unforgettable one. Single and multi-color printing models are included as STL and 3MF! They work with all current and usual multi color setups.

Maximum wine bottle size: 80 x 330 mm Size assembled: 96 x 96 x 363 mm

Print settings Required build volume: 100 x 100 x 200 mm Material usage: 320g

Material: PLA Print direction: stls are rotated correctly, check images Support: none Nozzle size: 0,4 mm Line width: 0,4 mm Layer height 0,2 mm Outer walls: 3 Infill: 15% Build plate adhesion type: none for the bottom, a brim for the top can be helpful

Used Bambu Labs default print settings. Dark color is Bambu Lab's Cobalt Blue Metallic and snow is Bambu Lab's Matte White filament.

I wanted to use this as a gift box for a bottle of scotch whiskey, so I used scale feature in BambuSudio to make the X andY 114% and the Z t be 86% of the original. This increased the min internal diameter for the bottle to about 90mm and fit 2 out of 3 scotch bottles I tried. Some can be very short and stout. Was concerned that shortening the Z too much might make the threads too small, but it was fine at 86% height.

Considered switching to "randomize" the seam on my second print, but I liked the polished look of the metallic PLA and didn't want to risk messing it up. Seams didn't line up when the box was screwed together, maybe an artifact of me printing the top and bottom separately.

looks awesome! Even better than my print - should have gone with black and white filament - but yeah with this color change there will be poop! An avalanche :D
