Here are some parameters you can adjust to create your perfect keychain:
I've set a "height modifier" (you can find it in the object tab under each object) that ensures the keychain has only one colored face, the one facing the bed. Setting this value from 0.84/5mm to 0.84/3.16mm makes the keychain printed on both faces, leaving a central black portion which saves some "unnecessary" color changes.
If you change the dimensions of the keychain, be sure to adjust the "height modifier" accordingly. The value 0.84 should remain the same (3 colored layers for the face towards the bed). The second value should be greater than the height of the keychain if you want a black face. Otherwise, it should be equal to the new height minus 0.84mm so that there are three colored layers on the other side as well.
There are two "negative cylinders" for each object:
One cylinder is the hole for the keychain, set with a 2mm diameter. You can modify the diameter according to your needs.
An oval cylinder can be used to help close the keychain ring. With the keychains I use, the 4mm thickness of the print is too thick for the keychain ring to close properly. This second cylinder helps create a recess that allows for proper closure. If this doesn't apply to you, delete this cylinder.
For a proper print, make sure your print bed is super clean!
