Parámetros de impresión 3D PLA Filament Printing Parameters for an 8 cm Bust Layer Height: 0.1 mm

A 0.1 mm layer height will provide a detailed and smooth finish, ideal for small and intricate figures. Infill Density: 10% to 20%

An infill density of 10% to 20% is sufficient for keeping the figure solid without excessive material use. Number of Walls (Shells): 2 to 3 layers

Two or three wall layers will ensure durability without adding unnecessary weight. Extruder Temperature: 190°C to 210°C

The ideal temperature is typically around 200°C, but adjust based on the filament brand. Bed Temperature: 50°C to 60°C

A bed temperature of 60°C is recommended for good adhesion and reduced warping. Print Speed: 40 mm/s to 60 mm/s

Print at 40 mm/s for more detail or up to 60 mm/s for faster printing without compromising too much on quality. Retraction: 1 mm to 2 mm

Set retraction distance to avoid stringing and oozing. Retraction speed should be around 40 mm/s. Cooling Fan: 100%

Use the cooling fan at maximum to quickly cool layers and improve detail quality. Supports: Usually needed for overhangs. Use automatic supports or adjust manually based on the design.

Bed Adhesion: Use glue stick, painter’s tape, or adhesive sheets to ensure good adhesion.

Resin Printing Parameters for an 8 cm Bust Layer Height: 0.025 mm to 0.05 mm

A 0.025 mm layer height will provide extremely fine detail, perfect for small figures with complex details. Layer Exposure Time: 6 seconds to 10 seconds

Adjust according to the resin type and printer. Shorter exposures are suitable for faster resins, while longer exposures are for more durable resins. Base Exposure Time: 30 seconds to 60 seconds

Longer base exposure helps ensure that the first layer adheres well to the build plate. Base Layer Height: 0.1 mm

Use a thicker base layer height to ensure good adhesion to the build plate. Z-Axis Movement Speed: 50 mm/s to 100 mm/s

Ensure smooth Z-axis movement to avoid model distortions. Base Adhesion: Ensure strong base adhesion using additional resin links or adjusting printer settings to improve adherence.

Post-Processing: After printing, wash the bust in isopropyl alcohol to remove excess resin, then cure with UV light to fully harden the model.

Additional Tips Test Scale: Consider doing a smaller test print to adjust parameters and check quality before printing the final model. Post-Print Finishing: Sand and paint the figure to enhance the finish and add additional details if needed. These parameters will help you achieve a well-detailed and attractive 8 cm bust of Naruto, whether you're using PLA filament or resin. Happy printing!
