61mm Filament Reel Spool Hub Adapter for use with jdk201's Spool Holder

A lot of my filament reels have an internal diameter of 61mm, which is a little too large to use with the bearing hub of jdk201's spool holder so I just added a lip around the part he designed.

I have also modified his star knob to allow the bolt to pass through it it in case you have longer bolts than you need.
