Yet Another 830 Multimeter Holder + Skadis and DIN rail versions

I needed a holder with minimum width to add to my shelves so it does not block what is on the shelves.

Didn't add any screw-holes, because I was not sure about the placement and that can be drilled later. I ended up using double-sided tape and it holds this light multimeter pretty well.

Used PETG just because I get it cheaper than PLA.
