Based on a question about making a prop stand for the Original Series Tricorder I decided to move this one up in my work queue.
The stand should be centered on the Tricoder prop width wise. There will be some of the prop that hangs over on each side and is by design given the shape of the bottom of the prop from Diam Select and others like Master Replicas.
You should be able to have the lower compartment door open with the upper compartment door resting on it. Please message me if you find that isn't uniformly true and I will mod this (just be sure to send me some images of the where your prop is catching on the raised edge of the stand.
I included a slot on the back to roll up the strap and have it rest behind the prop. Just an option so if you prefer to have the strap loose by all means do so.
If you are displaying one of the heavier replicas like those produced by Master Replicas you may wish to bump up the infill to 30%. I printed it at 15% for the Diamond Select toy version and it was well balanced and had no issues.
