Express virtually anything you can write in the "blank" on a slider bar.  Some of my favorites are "Stress", and "Annoyance", but the sky is the limit!

You'll need to play with tolerances on the pointer to get it to snap in without losing friction or breaking the model, but I promise that it is possible.
