Owala Freesip Keychain *holds lip balm* Multicolor with or without AMS!

Forget the Stanleys...I'm an Owala girl!!

So here is an Owala Freesip keychain which unscrews to hold your lip balm!

Comes as a multicolor all-in-one 3MF file (this version does not open) for use with an AMS. Also available as an STL or 3MF with parts divided onto multiple plates for much faster printing and easy assembly!

Made to be used with ball chain keychains easily available on Amazon or Temu.

Updated design now also holds larger lip balms like EOS and Nivea!

3D printing settings All prints-- 0.16-0.2 layer height 3 walls Detect thin walls 10% gyroid infill Supports needed just on the Handle (tree auto, on buildplate)

For AMS version, I print it smaller. Be sure to put 4 or more on the buildplate to decrease your average printing time, and use flush/purge objects to reduce waste. I also reduce my flushing volumes to 0.5 instead of 1 unless I am using white filament).

For the Non-AMS version, feel free to move the parts around to get the color combos you want! I have made these with silk and basic PLA, and they come out great. I wasn't a fan of matte PLA for this print. The file includes a join block that goes between the ring and the lid. Glue those in place, then put the handle in, pop in the cap, and glue the button to hold those in place. Assembly takes less than 3 minutes. I use Gorilla Glue or B-6000.

NOTEPhotos 3 and 4 are of the UPDATED VERSION. The threads were switched to the lid, doubled in size and strengthened. Also, the handle on the solid version keychain is now lowered so as to be less breakable. All the other photos are of the original outdated version. I am working on getting updated model photos.
