Festool Domino DF 500 & DF 700 XL Glue Nozzles for Titebond Bottle

I designed these based off of the @SteveRowe_181180 version with a much different approach to swapping the nozzles out.

The nozzles are inserted through the cap like how a baby bottle works. I printed the cap(s) in PETG upside down and all of the nozzles in TPU 95A with 100% fill and support on for the inside of the glue channel.

Each size fits in the same cap and I have also provided a blank cap so you can seal your glue bottle when not in use.

I have sizes 4mm-10mm for the DF 500, sizes 8mm-14mm for the DF 700 XL, and a tray to hold each set. I also included a dual color tray where the labels can be printed in a different color.

I haven't done extensive testing but so far they have been working great. I have not left it full of glue yet so I can't speak to how easy it will be to clean once the glue dries completely inside the nozzles, however the TPU doesn't seem to stick that well to the glue and because its flexible, you can clean it pretty easily in the sink with warm water.

I may change a few things here or there so it is a work in progress, but so far so good.
