This is a ring wing glider also known as a hoop glider. You can throw them like a paper airplane and they fly.
I have updated this with two versions. The original hoop glider modelled on a paper version. https://www.scienceworld.ca/resource/hoopsters/ This version has simple one perimeter hoops and so is lighter, but a little less robust. (Uses backbone.stl)
The second version called ring glider uses the same ag37-il airfoil as my flying ring design. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5869640) It is much stiffer and more robust.(Uses strongback.stl)
Both versions have rings at 40, 60, 80 and 100mm that you can print, though the example project layout only shows the 60 and 100 mm rings.
The tolerances are tight so you might need to sand the ends of the backbone where it assembles but you want a reasonable tight fit so it stays together.
For printing you might also want to make your seam placement random.
