Printermods MDD v1.3 mount for E3D Hemera for Ender 5/Linear Bearing Wheel Mount

I printed out dkalinai's mount after realizing that Printermods' own E3D Hemera mount doesn't even line up with the mounting holes. It actually lined up, but I didn't realize that there was no space for the nuts and bolts for the wheels. Their model assumes you also bought the linear rail adapter as well. So, I edited it to add a space for them.

Note: depending on your printer, you might need to use a screw to reach the your X endstop (shown in the last picture). You do lose about 10mm on your print bed though.
