A desk stand for the RØDE NT2-A with the right height to fit a regular XLR cable/connector.
If you're lucky enough to have one of the shorter connectors I'd suggest cutting off a piece of the tube. But mind the tiny lip, that holds the microphone in its place, as otherwise it'll slip through and only hold due to its slightly conic shape that eventually comes in contact with the wall (tube diameter is 50mm).
There's no sound isolation happening, so the microphone is picking up some "desk noise".
