• Fits any 3D printer, that uses ender-3 ot similar X carriage
• Printhead can be removed for service by unscrewing only 4 screws
• No print volume losses on most printers
• Easy to print - no supports needed
• Improved air flow for both hotend and model cooling

BOM

• BMG or clone (right)
• E3D V6/Volcano/Dragon/Dragonfly/NF-Zone hotend
• 40x40x10 axis fan for hotend
• 1x or 2x 5015 turbo fans for model cooling
• 3x M3x6 round head screw
• 2x M3x8 round head screw
• 2x M3x10 round head screw
• 4x M3x12 round head screw
• 2x M3x16 round head screw
• 4x M3x20 any head screw
• 10x M3 nut or M3x4 heat-set insert

Print settings

• Models are made for right BMG
• For base and mount use any filament with ~80°C heat resistance (PETG, ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA, PP, PC, etc.)
• For fan ducts use any filament with ~100°C heat resistance (ABS, ASA, PA, PP, PC, etc.)
• Models are already placed in correct printing orientation
• Models are created for 0.4mm line width and any layer height. If you plan to use other values, check layer preview to find wrong pathes.
• Use 3+ perimeters and 100% infill for max rigidity of mount
