Bed Leveling Knob. Larger and easier to turn than the stock knobs most printers have. I made this for my Anet A8+ which is a Prusa i3 MK2 clone. Pretty sure it is quite similar to an Ender 3 as well.
It fit a 4mm nut (outside dimension 7MM slot) The hole for the screw depending on your printer and print quality might need to be widened a bit. Easy done with a awl or a heated screw to melt through.
I printed this face down with no supports, 0.2mm nozzle, 50% infill throughout, and 80% infill around the nut slot for added strength.
