BLTouch and 4020 fan mount for the BIQU H2 ectruder 3d model

This mount uses M3 threaded inserts that require 4mm diameter and 5.7mm deep holes. Also different sized M3 screws. Only the the two front mounting holes are required to mount the BLTouch and a 4020 fan without obscuring the hotend cooling fan. Originally designed for use on an Ender 3.
