A cosplay replica for VTuber Kaela Kovalskia's Blacksmith Hammer from Hololive ID 3rd Generation. Ready for multicolor.

The hammer comes in a few parts so you can print the individual parts in their final colors. Re-orient the “Center Body” vertically and add supports to the bottom.

It also needs supports inside the hexagonal hole where you insert the handle. I recommend adding a brim for all parts, to ensure stability. Specially in bedslinger printers.

If scaling, scale everything evenly.

Test fitment of the parts, as you may want to sand some of the surfaces before applying adhesive. This can ensure a better bond. Always use PPE when handling harsh chemicals or strong adhesives. If necessary…

GET SOME HELP

Included is a “Hammer Face Inlay”. You can print 2 of these and use a textured bed plate to give both ends of the hammer that wear/used look! Just add a small drop of glue in the center of the smooth side, that's all it should take. For a cleaner application, add a drop of glue to the tip of a toothpick and use as an applicator.

Depending on the settings of your printer, the “Sleeves” and "Tapered Handle" should press fit into the center body. worst case, they might need a little sanding inside and a small drop of glue. Same with the handle.

You can print the “Sleeves” in multiple colors to match the original's look! Because their is more than four colors per sleeve I split each sleeve in two parts, for use with AMS/MMU.

If you have 2 AMS units, or are doing manual filament swaps, you can use the full “Left Sleeve” and “Right Sleeve” instead.
