Recently my family decided to remodel some parts of the house, that included cutting some walls using a grinding disk. In order to create channels to hide power cables in.
I purchased a DeWALT DWE4156 along with a wall cutting disk, I was a bit shocked that niether Makitta nor DeWALT were not making dust collection systems for their grinding disks.
Since I own an Ender 3 v2, I went on a search for a potential dust collection solution in order to reduce the dust output while doing the channels for the cables.
I stumbled upon this design made by Andrei, he posted it on Yandex Zen along with the 3mf/stl files. Due to the fact that in his video he was using a Makita grinder with an older looking shroud from a DeWALT grinder, there were a bit of size contraints. Mainly that his shroud was 29mm thick, while the grinder I purchased came with a 23mm thick shroud. I tweaked his design and it fits.
The end product shroud fits my grinder snugly. Outder Diameter of hose attachment is 32mm.Wheel hub-caps can be attached with ca-glue or a self tapping screw.
