Really Annoying Card Container v3.0

The Really Annoying Card Container ver. 3.0. This design is essentially 6 boxes nested within each other, and 666 bolts you have to remove to get inside. The innermost box is designed to accommodate gift cards, a wad of cash, car key, or other small items.

This design can be printed a variety of different ways to accommodate different gifts/amounts of bolts. There are also 5 different bolt variations, so you can make it extra annoying.

Printing Info **These are just the settings I used to test the model, feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM Scaling: Can be scaled up, bolts likely won't work well if scaled down. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: 15% infill + 2 perimeters, 3 perimeters for bolts and screwdriver. Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2

Printing & Assembly No supports are needed for this model, just print the pieces in the orientation that they import and assemble after printing.

Here are a couple of ways you can print this design:

  1. The entire thing, which needs all of the pieces and 666 bolts (don't need really_annoying_ribbon (STL)) . The innermost box is designed to hold gift cards, a wad of cash, or something similarly sized. (Gift Space Approx: 60mm x 100mm x 20mm).

  2. 134 bolt version: This is the smallest option, designed for gift cards/wad of cash. You will print boxes 1, 2 and 3 with 134 bolts. (Gift Space Approx: 60mm x 100mm x 20mm).

  3. 162 bolt version: This option would be good for larger gifts that wouldn't fit in box 1. Just print boxes 4 and 5, with 162 bolts. (Gift Space Approx: 108mm x 150 mm x 52mm).

  4. 370 bolt version: This option would be good for even larger gifts that don't fit in box 4/5. Just print the box 6 pieces along with 370bolts for this one. (Gift Space Approx: 140mm x 177mm x 84mm). You can also combine options 2 & 3 for 296 bolts, or options 3 & 4 for a 532 bolt option!

I have included 5 different types of bolt heads so you can make it as annoying as you want! There are also 5 different "screwdrivers" you can print, or use actual tools!

I have included a "thread test" file so you can make sure that the bolts are going to fit into your box before you print all of them! Make sure to print the thread test in the orientation that the file imports in. The female part will be printing vertically, so it needs to be tested in that orientation.
